Fulfil pre-registration procedures in advance

While apartment is clean and comfy, as there's no physical reception onsite, do ensure pre-registration procedures are duly fulfilled in advance so that essential check-in info such as vehicle & Apt entry codes are readily on hand to ensure smooth entry. Besides experiencing minor check-in hiccup, we have had nice and pleasant stay.

The apartment looked like poorly furnished university student's accommodation with sparse, mismatched, old and damaged furniture and no soft furnishings or decorative items. There was the bare minimum of consumable ammenities provided. The walls were dirty and damaged and there was obviously furniture missing. It is nowhere near the Swan Valley, the apartment block is located in a run-down suburb with houses in the street having broken down, partially stripped cars in the yard. I was frankly shocked at the standard of this apartment for the price. As if this wasn't bad enough, on Christmas Day, at 10:30 am, there was loud knocking on the front door and then it was opened and someone entered the apartment. My children and I were asleep as we had arrived back from Europe on the 23rd December and I had influenza. When I called to complain, I was told they were doing a scheduled rubbish collection, this was not correct, the person left a Christmas gift of candles. Nice gesture but completely inappropriate to come inside. It could have been left on the table on the patio.

The property was in a terrible location, the area felt unsafe and wasn’t close to shops or restaurants. The property check in was difficult and it was very noisy. The apartment it’s self didn’t look like the photos on the website.

Worth the effort.

I spent a lot of time on the computer and telephone authorising payments and waiting for check in details as things didn’t run smoothly for me. Once everything was completed andnthings got sorted out, everything ran well. Simple instructions to get into the accommodation and a great little apartment with a great vibe.

It was very close to the venue that we were attending a wedding at, great little apartment and nice and clean. However take your own pillow theirs were hard!

Need more ventilation

Clean property and overall ok stay. The biggest downside is the lack of air-conditioning or any ventilation in bedroom, making it extremely difficult to sleep.

The parking area was too small for the number of car spaces allocated. We ended up parking on the street as the car spots were too small for a medium car. For the price, the apartment was in need of a freshen up. It only had one bathroom and one toilet and the price should have reflected this. The couch was like sitting on a board of nails. Overall the apartment just wasn't comfortable nor a place to relax.
