The family room we got was clean and fresh. The rooms looked new. Bathroom was also in perfect condition.

Surprisingly very good
Very happy. Good service despite a minor wrinkle with booking. Clean sizeable rooms, and pretty good food considering our expectations were low. Nice to see a reasonable local wine selection while we were in Burgundy too

Poor, never again.
The bed sheets made one sweat !! Two burgers ordered to eat in the room for a given time, to collect, were 15 mins late burnt and virtually cold. We ate them only because of tiredness and hunger after a long driving day

Great place for an overnight business stop
Very clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Parking for a large van was good and free, and it's location was convenient for the motorway

Very tired hotel,bathroom smells of dump really upsetting that they are able to function as a hotel we couldn’t sleep all night from the smell on the room I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel

Good overnight stop – but bit of a building site!
This was fine for a single overnight stop on way to the Alps. Very friendly staff. Not a particularly salubrious area, and there was a lack of facilities in the vicinity. We ate at the restaurant – and the food was surprisingly good. But be aware that they are extending the hotel – adding an additional floor – so it is currently something of a building site – which wasn’t mentioned on the website. It rained when we stayed and the rain was coming through the roof in the corridors as a result.

A decent budget hotel, good for short stay
A decent budget hotel for a one night stopover en route home. Bed was really comfortable, shower good and powerful. Hotel is about to be refurbished which will help as looking a bit tiredbin parts. Good selection of buffet breakfast

Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable bed and very clean rooms. Bathrooms are fitted with bathtub, excellent hot water. Just 6 km from the city centre, good location, decent prices.

Hotel o.k, but on run down industrial estate. No local restaurants,no where to walk and stretch legs after long drive. Footpaths unmaid and boarded up units and vacant units.

Ideal hotel for travel stopover
First time stayed in an IBIS hotel. Exceeded expectations. Staff delightful, room extremely comfortable, excellent powerful shower. Dinner was much better than expected.

Stayed here for 1 night only traveling down to Italy. I can honestly say this room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We really struggled to get out of it next morning. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Superb hotel in a good location for a short stop
Stayed here whilst en route to the Alps and found it to be in a perfect location. Hotel is well kept and the wider retail park had a variety of amenities.

Dreadful - Worst Hotel Experience!
Despite requesting 1 accessible room, as one of our party is disabled, on arrival we were told none available, only standard 1st floor. On explaining, told nothing they could do. Therefore I advised that I would be calling Expedia to arrange a room elsewhere. On hearing this, suddenly an accessible room, closest to reception, was available! Rooms fine, but basic. Ordered an evening meal & served by the same checkin receptionist! Multiple delays & errors with order. On checkout, despite all 4 adults clearly confirming that we had been told at checkin that breakfast was included & the times, we were charged. Also reception manager argued with me that she would take payment from Expedia, despite me telling her that I had booked on a pay at property basis. I had to call Hotels.com to have this confirmed before they would believe me! Overal dreadful experience from an under staffed hotel. Based on this I will never be using Ibis again!!

Our booking had been messed up and despite booking 2 rooms, they only had one room booked for us. Fortunately the hotel receptionist was able to swap rooms around and managed to give us another room. The error was with ebookers rather than the hotel. It was a busy weekend and could have been problematic, if the reception team had no rooms left.

Bike trip to south of France.
We needed a half way point to stop on our bike trip down to the south of France so we decided to stay in dijon and found this hotel , the staff are brilliant and very welcoming the room was very good clean quite and air-conditioned which is great . You must have a meal in the restaurant as the food is exceptional along with the service .

A Good stop over hotel
Comfortable room sadly no air con due to it being on winter schedule but 25C wasn't wiinter weather when we visited. Restaurant was OK but a little pricey. The staff were very helpful and are a credit to the chain.
