Despite requesting 1 accessible room, as one of our party is disabled, on arrival we were told none available, only standard 1st floor. On explaining, told nothing they could do. Therefore I advised that I would be calling Expedia to arrange a room elsewhere. On hearing this, suddenly an accessible room, closest to reception, was available! Rooms fine, but basic. Ordered an evening meal & served by the same checkin receptionist! Multiple delays & errors with order. On checkout, despite all 4 adults clearly confirming that we had been told at checkin that breakfast was included & the times, we were charged. Also reception manager argued with me that she would take payment from Expedia, despite me telling her that I had booked on a pay at property basis. I had to call Hotels.com to have this confirmed before they would believe me! Overal dreadful experience from an under staffed hotel. Based on this I will never be using Ibis again!!
