"Amazing staff. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them and they look smart and very well spoken. The room was absolutely amazing, nice and clean. It's amazing how so many original features are still there. The ghost walk and the self guided tour was also fantastic. We will certainly be back as we want to do the after hours tour. Couldn't ask for a better service or place to stay 😊"

I dined both in the evening and for breakfast and the food was first class, as was the service. Parking is at the hotel, but I doubt the car park would be big enough if the hotel was full"
