"Airport Shuttle -There is free airport shuttle came every hour, and the location was easy to find. However we ended up just taking Grab as it was pretty cheap 31,400 IDR (including 12,000 airport fee) and you could pick your own departure time. Breakfast - Quite a nice selection of breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and greeted the guests. Room- The room was okay, a little small (but we did book the lowest fare). Tbh the pictures looked better."

"From the moment you arrive, the staff never quits being impressive. The resort is gorgeous. Very tropical with hibiscus and orchids at every turn. Koi is the word as there is an endless number of ponds and water features. The entire place is open air and you always hear the waves coming ashore. The Beach is less than a 4 minute walk. The food at breakfast buffet is bountiful and the service outstanding. The pools are great and there is an adults only pool separate from the larger family pool. The adult pool features a swim up bar and the service at the family pool is quick and efficient. Food service is available at both pools. There are several restaurants on site and numerous more all around and easily accessible walkable. I recommend the seaside restaurant for dinner. You have excellent views of the beach and the dinner shows vary nightly. The room we had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the backside of the property and lacked a patio or any view. Some word of note: watch where the tours booked via the resort desk really take you. Ours turned out to be more drive to buy stops than actual places we thought we’d see. Overall we plan to go back even though it was 30 hours from Orlando via Manila. The place is well worth the travel. **Note to the nicotine impaired….this is a no smoking venue for the most part. The designated smoker areas are not near the pools, the restaurant or in the rooms. There are CO and smoke detectors plus surveillance cameras."

"Our stay at W Resort was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the U.S. and stayed for approximately eight days, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations from Airport pickup to arrival at resort. The staff was absolutely beautiful—warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This was some of the best customer service we have ever received. By day three, team members throughout the resort knew our names, remembered our preferences, and always seemed to know exactly where we were or what we needed before we even asked. The property itself is stunning, spotless, and fully maintained. The beach was beautifully kept, the grounds were peaceful, and the entire resort felt luxurious while still being comfortable for our family. Traveling with two teenagers can sometimes be challenging, but this resort made everything easy. It was close to beach clubs, tours, and family-friendly activities, and the staff helped schedule everything effortlessly. The food was superb. Dinner every night felt like dining at a Michelin-level restaurant, and breakfast each morning was absolute perfection. What truly makes W Valley Resort special is the people. The entire team was at our beck and call in the best way possible, always professional, thoughtful, and kind. Thank you for making our trip to Bali so special and worth every mile traveled. We cannot speak highly enough of this property, the service, and the incredible staff."
