"Bathroom tile in room could use cleaning. Pool water did not look clean. 2 Beach chairs included were comfortable but you had to pay for the umbrella. Drinks were ok. Manager at nobu and ocean social was not polite."

"Pool side was pretty nice and it’s in the back of the hotel so it’s more private then expected for a motel property. The staff is super sweet and really accommodating, just ask, I’m sure they will help!"

"The hotel was adequate for a one-night stay, but it would not be my first choice for a beach getaway. The beach access was convenient, about a two-minute walk from the property. The pool area was quite small, though the restaurant staff was very friendly and provided good service. The food was decent overall. Also, the parking is across the street. The property itself had more of a motel-style atmosphere and odor than a traditional beachfront hotel."

"Absolutely terrible experience at Oceanside Hotel. There are NO elevators to reach the rooms, so guests are forced to carry all their heavy luggage up the stairs by themselves. This was never mentioned or advertised during booking, which feels completely misleading. I stayed there for barely 4 hours overnight and was still forced to pay a $35 USD amenities fee, even though the amenities were CLOSED during my stay. Charging guests for unavailable services is unacceptable. The worst part was the mattress quality — cheap, uncomfortable garbage. It was so bad that I ended up sleeping on the floor instead of the bed. On top of that, there was no staff assistance available during my stay when help was needed. Overall, this hotel was a complete waste of money and one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
