"This is not a safe area. It is not recommended to walk outside the gates. The night we arrived there were prostitutes standing along side the driveway gated entrance at the street. We were told to order food and have it delivered and not to walk outside the gates. The hours for food and drinks at the hotel are very limited. I spent more money on having food delivered than we wanted, since we had no rental car and didn’t want to pay for a taxi, Uber or Lyft. They do not have a shuttle of any kind! This property does not feel like a Hilton and gives more of a Super 8 feel, in my opinion. Also, our bathroom had a sewer smell off and on for the 2 days we were there. "

"Stayed for two nights. Due to booking error (ours) we had to book a second night separately. The hotel refused to combine the stay, but kept us in the same room both nights. We were charged $300 deposit instead of the standard $150. The rooms are clean but very dated. The elevators do not work. The toilet in our room ran all night, there was no maintenance to repair. There is a tub but don’t expect to use it unless you’re 3’ tall. Water is $8 bottle. A hamburger at the restaurant will set you back $30+ tip. No ice machine on the ground floor. It’s time for a serious property update and some customer service training for the staff. "

"Cracked floor tile in living room hidden under long rug. Check in was in a completely different building so you either have to uber to your room or walk like 10 minutes. Air conditioner in the room was crazy loud like something was stuck in it or about to break. Only stayed one night. Otherwise it wasn’t bad or anything, just inconvenient to check in a different building. "

"From the time we got to the front desk everyone was very helpful and courteous. All our question s were answered about the area and our ocean front had a balcony that was lovely. Would stay again "

"The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some questionable characters parked in the hotel lot. A scary looking man and woman apparently living out of their pot smelling car right in the parking lot. They were there the whole time we stayed. "

"The hotel was clean and located in a decent area, near trolly, bus-stops, and easy pick up and drop off for ride share. The beach is less than 10 min away and there are amenities that are easy to walk to for any items or restaurants you may need. The restaurant's food was very good. The room was nice and fit our needs. But, the best part of the hotel is the staff. They were amazing from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. We had a small issue of noise in our original room. The front desk and manager were responsive and changed our room as soon as they could. They were accommodating, responsive, patient, and wonderfully helpful. On top of it, the happy hour was fun and on the house for guests. I would recommend staying here any time you are visiting"
