Very large room with fantastic view of river and bridges Some slight maintenance issues with the room, leaking shower pan and Brocken current leads. "

"The attitude of the staff taking orders in the restaurant needs improvement. They chat among themselves a lot, yet service is slow. They also clear glasses and plates immediately after we finish eating without asking, which is very poor manners and lacks professionalism."
