They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor.

The staff at The Senses Resort were just excellent. Friendly and welcoming and very happy to help in any way they can. Golf carts are an excellent way to get around as it is quite steep to get to the villas but well worth the expense. Although only one restaurant, the variety and quality were both excellent. Your driver was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks Sak. Highly recommend The Senses Resort but be aware that it is quite a steep hike to and from the villas and not something I’d recommend for families with young kids as the infinity pool would be challenging and the bedrooms are completely separate from each other and the living area. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience.

This was pure paradise. We never wanted to leave. The beds are comfy and firm, bathrooms have the most incredible shower heads of all time. Kitchen was slightly lacking in terms of cutlery but we didn’t use it very much so that was fine. The pool was wonderful and the view overlooking the beach was spectacular. Dark block out curtains to help you sleep late. They don’t leave a booklet but just dial 0 for the front desk. If you want in-room breakfast you need to order the day before. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Honestly take me back asap it was phenomenal

I love this resort, booked pool villa for our stay, friendly staff. My only suggestion is to add a makeup mirror in the room. That would be perfect!

Good location with quiet and relax environment and yet very convenient acess to Patong Beach area with walking distance. Nice to have in-villa breakfast and with all complimentary drinks. Will definitely consider to come again.

Overall the property is OK. Nice private pool and large room. Some issues included aircon not always working, very very poor breakfast with unfriendly staff (which is very unusual for Thailand).

We had a 2 bedroom villas with private pool , it was really nice and clean , also very spacious . Overlooking the busy Patong street and beach . It was beautiful . My kids love the pool and it a reasonably deep enough to swim (for adult) . Overall , really love it and all staffs are helpful and friendly . Will definitely go back .

Great Villa Stay
The location is great as there is no need too waste money on tuk tuk/taxi. I booked the villa instead of the normal rooms. Room size, bed & the living space was great. Mini bar will be refilled everyday and its FREE!. There is only 3 disappointing things about the stay. When we entered the room after the hotel staff showed us the living area, we discovered that the ashtray was filled with cigs from the previous occupants. The next thing was there was a lot of ants found crawling around the pool deck area. Unsure whether was there any sweet stuffs that was left over from the previous occupants, however was pleased that on our 3rd day of stay, the hotel staff left a note on our door step and informed us that there will be pest control ppl gg round the area of the hotel. Means at least the management does bother about it. The last thing was the BREAKFAST, which i deem was the most impt thing for all occupants there. Variety was limited. Not a good spread of international n local choices. I personally feel that the hotel should improve on this area. However I was still personally recommend this hotel for couples or family who is looking for a private pool stay. Overall i will rate this place 9/10. If breakfast was good, i will give it a 10/10. Btw I will say the staffs is very polite, courteous and service given is GREAT! credits for that as well.

Good stay but terrible check in experience
I stayed in private pool villa for the first night. It was a spectacular villa, spacious, well decorated, good amenities and the mini bar is free. Lighting, air con is controlled by a panel next to my bed. Then I stayed in a pool access room for the other 2 nights. The room was okay, comfy, but constantly some smell of plumb sewage water in the room not sure where is it come from. Just I didn’t bother to change room. I didn’t use the pool much as I went out quite a lot. Such a waste but the view from the pool is great. Check in was terrible - the staff were slow and poorly communicated. I waited almost 30 mins to check in and check out.

푸켓에서 만족할만한 숙소(거리,가격 모두만족)
환상적인 숙박! 신축빌라라 깨끗했고, 숙소 천장높이도 엄청 높았으며 풀빌라도 만족스러웠음. 물이 좀 따뜻했으면 좋았을 듯ㅋㅋ

The reception (one of the staff) is extremely rude. She said “you could package you luggage within 2 mins”. Her attitude is extremely bad.

Pool Villa in Patong
New, decent and relax villa, the swimming pool is much bigger than expect, good shower system equipped. All staffs there are helpful especially Me, front desk and restaurant. Hotel is up on the hill with a slopeway but you can call a golf cart to drive you down or pick you up at the hotel security entrance. Just 10 minutes walk to Banzaan Fresh Market. But the staff was not taken my breakfast order sheet at night, which was still hanging out of the door next morning and thus we need to down to restaurant. Not much choice in the breakfast.

酒店服務極好。 房內的無邊際泳池比想像中大，房間空間充足，房間更可觀看到日落。 早餐方面，可以選擇在房內享用或到大堂餐廳享用，種都不錯，惟款式略少，不過整體來說酒店十分不錯。

Excellente expérience dans cette villa
Super séjour dans une magnifique villa avec piscine et vue sur la ville et la mer au loin. L'entrée dans la villa a été impressionnante car on a pas l'habitude de ce standing, le personnel très gentil est aux petits soins. Plateau de fruits, coco à boire et minibar gratuits. Petit déjeuner à commander livré en chambre inclus très copieux. On a testé la livraison de repas le soir, c'est très bon et quand on a payé on a eu la bonne surprise d'une réduction. Location de scooter dans l'hôtel au point excursions. Garde bagages. La piscine à débordement de la villa était top sans vis à vis, avec vue sur la ville. Le coin est plutôt calme. On pourrait se dire que c'est cher pour une nuit mais ça les vaut vraiment. Petit bémol sur le ménage qui a été oublié le 2e jour, on a demandé pour qu'un minimum soit fait. Je recommande les villas.

Not complete routines yet.
The Hotels Pool Villas is not totally completed yet. Therefore the routines is not completely in order, as for the delivery of breakfast was late or forgotten. Still when the complete villas system is up and running I expect the stays to be perfect!
