Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. Would stay again.

Very friendly and hostess, eager to help. Area was quieter away from hustling Bangla Rd, which let's me do more walking like I wanted. Room was serviced well everyday. Lots of great street food and drink stands nearby with better prices. Not fancy, but great basic accommodations.

This is a good little hotel for the price, however location is terrible, if you hire a scooter would be okay, but they ran out of scooters while I was there.

We loved the hospitality by the warm and friendly staff specially reservation manager ploy was the best Person who matched our requirements for the various cruises we wanted to do and she helped us to do the best ones with good deals. Our room 122 was clean and tidy and spacious. It had everything we needed, the bestest ever. We love Frutta morning breakfast and now missing it in London. We hope to travel soon next year same time at our best hotel Frutta

Cheap bog roll but well worth it
This was actually a pretty good hotel, friendly staff and clean room, toilet roll was bog standard and your finger was likely to go through if you didn’t double up. The air con was a bit loud in the room and I only slept about 3nhours but that could’ve been jet lag, I’d stay here again for sure

Don't be persuaded by the deep discounts you'll see on booking websites. This hotel is worth the deeply discounted price that is advertised. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, air con, and no hot water in the showers. The included breakfast is food, but I found myself sticking more to the toast and fruit. The steam room and upstairs bar were unavailable during our stay and appear to have been for some time. The pool is as advertised as long as you don't mind sharing the space with tobacco enthusiasts. Bonus free bicycles to use around Patong, if you have a death wish. The bedding was a little stained. Half of the television channels did not work during our stay.

Good hotel .ticks most of the boxes
Frutta Hotel is a great hotel especially for the money .. It is a 9 out of 10 Only downfall is breakfast buffet is severely wanting ... Lousy coffee, white bread, no bacon, rubbish cereals .. And families will need to travel by taxi to town ; the road down the laneway is very busy and not suitable for children to traverse .. That aaid everything else is fantastic ... fruendly helpful staff, large rooms, great aircon , smart tvs, nice pool etc Many restaurants nearby Cheers

Room is spacious enough for weekend stay
Stayed at pool access room. Was great there was outdoor chairs and tables to chill out. Upon check-in, staff told us max is 2 guests in a room. We booked through Expedia was 3 guests in one room. Staff decided to settle with Expedia and just let us stay as we booked.

Fun time at the frutta
The hotel had a fun vibe to it and the staff were all helpful and full of energy, but the building is the opposite and looks a little tired areas could do with some tlc, also the pool area is very small and does not get any sun on it throughout the day. the location is decent around 15 minute walk from the beach. Enjoyed the free use of bikes

Amazing Hotel
Had an amazing 10 day stay at Frutta Boutique Hotel at Patong Beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with grrat views of the mountains and very quiet. The bed was so comfy and the wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was so delicious and eat as much as you want buffet. Will definitely stay again in future.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff
Stayed here for 10 nights in march 2018, room was large and clean with a super large comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily and bed made nice. There wasnt many hangers to hang clothes up but that was fine for us. It is a ten minute walk to beach and there are plenty places to eat and drink near by. Bangla road is only 200 bhat away in a tuk tuk but we walked there most days and it was a nice walk. The veiw from our room was a brick wall which was the main downside, had I known I would have paid extra for a better view. The staff here are amazing, they helped us organise cheaper days out and gave us great info on the area and also taught us some thai phrases for when we were out. The staff are super friendly and made the trip even more pleasant. We didnt order room service so cant comment other than the menu looked awesome and there was plenty choice. Hope to come back next year with our son, he would love Thailand as did we. For the price we paid there was nothing we could complain about and if we had anything to complain about im sure the staff would deal with any concerns immediately. Look forward to seeing them all again.

It was a nice place to lay my head
Considering the price I paid, this hotel was just fine. The AC unit in my room was in an odd place which made it hard to cool the room down. The hotel is walkable to Bangla Rd and Patong Beach. About 2km. But it’s definitely a hike late at night, and can be hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area.

Frutta but not frutta
When I first arrived at Frutta I was greeted by the news that the hotel was fully booked even though I made reservations a month ago (with confirmation emails from both Expedia and frutta). I was transferred to another hotel The artist house. With that being said the can’t quite comment on the rooms as I was in another hotel. But the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location alittle bit inconvenient and out of the way.

Best hotel ever
I can’t even find 1 negative about this place. The location is near from everything you need and just a few minutes away from patong beach. The staff are so nice and they are always helpful. It got everything you need - balcony, gym!, fridge, good size tv, pool, elevator, good breakfast, hot shower, free 2 bottle of water everyday, and oh the rooftop bar. Just amazing!

The tourist tours are sold by the hotel staff at a higher price than the outside. Motorcycle rentals were more expensive than the outside. The salesman at the hotel was a girl of lying

Nice and tidy
Was just outside Patong central, which I enjoyed but was really easy to catch a tuk tuk in to town or even walk. Tidy room had everything you would need.

Reasonably priced. Room was clean and tidy. Wifi constantly cut in and out. Bed was extremely firm to sleep on and pillows very floppy. Lights from the hallway lit the room at night due to the built in frosted windows (hallway where guest will walk and hotel room) which was quite annoying. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard but good value (150 B/$6 AUSD). Bikes they offered all had really flat tyres so weren’t of much use. Pool is small but does job. View was pretty standard in our room. About 15 min walk to beach. Friendly staff.

Overall I'm really happy staying with frutta hotel.when you step in the hotel the first things you would seeing was their friendly and smiling welcome faces from staff. Then they will start introduce to you what phuket is about. Recommended to you if you are looking for diving you should go with these island. And will try to save your wallet . Give you some tips where to go for your dinner. What surprise me was I gotten the free upgrade from standard to deluxe suite. Comforts and cosy room . We gotten the balcony. After the long day break you can sit there and enjoy that moment . By drinking and eating the street foods. Abit long walking distant from hotel to Patong beach . No to worries they will recommended you to rent a bike to run around the town. I would like to stay with frutta hotel.

I would recommend to my friends and family, very friendly helpful staffs & they were able to assist us with anything we required for. The only negative is next door was being renovated & it was a bit noisy which wasn't there fault.

Better than random five star hotels.
Nice hotel and not that far from Patong beach. Room was small but was clean and bed was comfortable. Best part of the hotel was it’s staff, very polite and helpful. Also, can rent motor bikes for just 250 baht/day.
