This is a budget hotel, but it is quiet and right near everything. Nice staff.

Poor reception, not personable or professional. Check-in process not organized. Staff member did not communicate well with us. Hotel lobby “home made” and not even equivalent to a standard Motel 6. Deep, narrow spiral staircase leads up to rooms. Towels look old, AC does not work, bathroom toilet rusting. Amenities were invisible or partial, i.e, coffee/tea bag present but no kettle to prepare it. This was one of the worse hotel experiences we had. The lady that checked us out was very nice though and she seemed to be remorseful. Also, It would be helpful if the pictures and details of the hotel were honest and transparent on the booking website, which would help manage expectations. If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, do not make a reservation here.

The hotel has a total overhaul, it's obvious not been maintained for quite a few years, everything needs either painting or replacing! In my room the telephone didn't work, the room was blinds didn't work well, the 1 chair's seat wasn't attached to the frame. There was mold around the corners of the shower and sink, no shower curtain, what was a little shelf had broken off and not there now, so only place to rest anything was on the toilet cistern, no toilet roll holder. Bed was quite hard, but that's fairly common in Thailand, towels were old, some had marks on them. It was on the 3rd floor, with no lift, sheep narrow stairs. The pool was clean when I was there unlike others experiences, but only 2 loungers, not like the 5 in the photo. The staff were fairly friendly, but not always that professional. When I left the sign on the door to service the room, they hadn't done it when I got back at 3pm, so I had to walk down the steep steps and ask for it to be done

This hotel. Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the photos on your site are not what I got when we stayed here. We booked for 2 nights. And didn’t even stay one. Ight. O just couldn’t sleep in that hotel. It was very very dirty.

Good for budget

The hotel is fine for the price. Parking is limited to the public beach parking, so might be difficult to easily find parking during busy season. We had a car amd the staff let us park in the tiny spot right in front of the hotel, so we were lucky. The staff was very friendly. Our TV didn't work, I believe due to the TV being internet streaming and not cable, and the internet connection being too slow.

The only good this place is location. Staff were rude and obnoxious. No help at all! The place was filthy dirty and there is no way you would swim in the pool. Green and dirty. Had several people complain that things had been stolen from their rooms. Give the place a wide berth!!’ Over priced and under delivered

This property used photos of the property beside it giving. It a false appeal There was no restaurant. Like it said No child care like add said No spa Rooms were dirty and hot. Nightmare

My partner and I went to Patong for vacation and had a 4-night stay here at this hotel. First, the photos online did not fit the description of the hotel we stayed in. From the outside of the building to the stairwells, and then finally to our room, everything was completely different than advertised online. Our room was filthy with black mold in the bathroom, unmopped floors, stained bedsheets, and bed bugs. We stayed a total of 14 hours in this hotel and then we booked another as soon as we could. I would most definitely not recommend it. 0/10

Sadly this was not a good stay. The price was not really budget so I hoped for something semi nice. We got a room with a view of several airconditioning vents, it was incr adibly hot and noisy and the morning we were woken up by a man doing some work on our balcony, no warning or permission requested. Just a complete invasion of our privacy. The pool was average and had rubbish in it and on the day of check out ten min before check out time we got a call to tell us to hurry up... Really unfortunate, I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was beyond silly for the price we paid.

Catastrophy

The worst I have ever experienced and I travel a lot...towels dirty, Bed hard as a rock, Cleanness forget it, low low low standard. Unless you really looking for cheap then no way. Staff uneducated and trying to charge here and there extra for just a towel. Motorcycle for rent at the place but without insurance. You crash you pay all ! be careful. Breakfast ...nope, service nope, good internet nope, nice beds nope, rooms old, .....all I can its well located but thats the only positive. Good luck friends !

The hotel is terrible. Really dirty everywhere and not been taken care of for very long. A mess everywhere also. Room was old but clean luckily! To not connected and nothing worked! The pool area and surroundings disgusting! You cannot call it a pool, more a swamp hole! So dirty and glass and plastic in the pool! Staff do not care. A young girl was trying to do her job, bit the only one to support all guests! A really bad experience and I have been to Patong many times for many years!

J'ai bien été accueilli et même le personnel a porté ma valise jusqu'à ma chambre. Mais attention là ou les bas blesse, si vous séjournez seul dans cet hôtel, les gérant vont vous attribuer une chambre telle que celle dans laquelle j'ai séjourné à l'extrémité gauche du bâtiment.. . Là ou les surprises commencent, c'est la vue depuis la terrasse sur le mur d'un hôtel, avec des unités externes de climatisations fixées sur ce mur...
Vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre (A13). Le mur d'un hôtel situé devant avec des traces (soit de moisissures soit autre chose...) J'aurais souhaité avoir une plus belle vue (sur la mer, plus dégagéee...)....

Patong Stay

I was expecting a partial seaview when i booked this accomodation but all we got was the back of another hotel and aircon units...however the location was perfect just across the road from the beach, a short walk from the markets and bustling night life of Patong and transport readily available if needed. There was a small balcony to sit out on...always a must for me! Hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel and beds made freshly on a daily basis. All in all a very pleasant stay. My only complaint would be the charge for late check out. The check out time is 11am, we wanted to check out at 3pm as we were then heading to the airport, they wanted to charge a full days rate for this so we agreed to chexk out at 1pm..we were charged half a days rate (for 2 hours).
