Nice and spacious. Can order a massage in your room. The only downside I’d that you can’t control the temperature of the air conditioner. Can only control the fan speed. Apart from that everything else was good.

States it has “rooftop pool and bar”. Rooftop pool is correct however no bar in sight. Mould all through the rooms and bathroom and smelt musty. View from the balcony straight into someone else’s room. Terrible place in general

Don’t be fooled by the first appearance
Location is great, it doesn’t look that nice from the outside and you do feel slightly disappointed once you get there, but don’t be fooled. The rooms are big and spacious the pool area is lovely and it is worth every penny.

Nice hotel and in a good location. Room was kept clean and quite modern. Rooms were extremely noisy, you could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next door, the corridor, and the room above. If you wanted an early night, be aware that you'll be awoken many times in the night due to people coming in late, doors unlocking and slamming.

Nice hotel right in the heart of everything. Good basic hotel. Short walk to beach, shopping centre. Really friendly helpful staff. Our room was tidy. Only problem was getting in and out of the shower. Had to climb in. Could do an injury very easily. Nice breakfast. Would recommend.

My family & 1 had 3 rooms between us & all 3 rooms we covered with mould. 2 rooms were meant to be city view & the view was of an apartment wall. Just asking staff for extra pillows was a task in itself. The water was brown & towns looked like dirty rags with black marks all over them. We asked for a refund & they did not want to provided the refund & Expedia ended up providing a voucher for our poor service. after the 2nd night we moved across the road to New Square Patong which were nothing but accommidating.

Great place for a low price
Great breakfast, great location, super friendly staff. It’s a really cheap place & you get more than what you pay for. But just expect a place to eat & sleep while enjoying Phuket.

Ok hotel , great location , go with open mind
Upon arrival was shocked see lot of women sat outside advertising massage as wasn't expecting this in front of hotel I know it's Thailand but still came as shock we, checked into room 201 , bed is not 1 large mattress but 2 individual mattresses secured by sheet but they do come apart but is still very comfortable and hotel provided extra pillows when asked no mini bar as stated although there is fridge , balcony tiny only fits one chair n view over looked back lane n directly into next hotel clear view of bedroom , no drawers put anything away , no hangers in wardrobe had to go out and buy them , large deep bath but have step over a ledge into bath to use shower , no shower curtain so had to ask for extra bath towels everyday to place around ledges to soak up water , plenty of hot water day and night pool is ok but most sun loungers have no cushions they are in desperate need of being replaced as old and very worn on upside rooms are cleaned daily , housekeeping staff are lovely as are most of other staff I met , only found 1 member of staff rude it was a lad wears own clothes no uniform n very ignorant when asking him anything , View from pool is shock as looks like slum area , but this is not hotels fault

VERY DISSAPPOINTING
No fold out bed as booked. He argued the point, but eventually put in place after much discussion. There is no spa. No lighting in the pool. Broken. No drinks are served at the pool as shown in their advertising.It is a BUDGET HOTEL as on their sign and not on Expedia.com Pool is dangerous to get in and out. Slippery steps. Television has bad reception and only a few channels. I met up with a friend of mine that traveled from Sweden. He was moved 3 times because of problems with the rooms. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location great for most things in Patong. Staff looked after my luggage after I checked out at 12. Breakfast average. Approached by staff member who offered me excellent massage in my room. Massage was average. She charged 800 baht and wanted a tip which she didn't get. Strange event as there were massage girls outside the hotell and this lady was staff at breakfast.

Banging hotel for the price! Should be at least a 4 star - 10mij tops to Bangla road, clean big room, decent balcony, staff we’ve very helpful and lovely to talk to! Nothing to fault would defo recommend and stay there myself again!!

Pool was amazing to cool off in beginning or ending of a day. The staff were always so nice and accomadating. breafast buffet was reasonable and delicious. The rooms we got were big and spacious and airconditioned perfectly. Shops are extremely close but fair enough fromt he hustle and bustle. Beach not too far away. great option to walk to places and not to worry about transport to and fro

Very nice place very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Cleaning of the rooms are spotless. Short walk to the beach and shopping centre just 200 meters away. Highly recommended to everyone. Very good value for money.

Hotel close to Beach. Poor Customer service.
We stayed at Add Plus for 4 nights. Family of 8 and we had 4 rooms. The hotel is close to the Jungceylon mall and is about 15 mins walk to Patong Beach. Very close to Bang la Walking Street and About 5 mins to Banzaan Night Market. Location is prime. But then again, there are numerous hotels of the same star rating or better in the area, We had a great experience going to the beach and doing a day trip to Koh phi phi. The hotel stay was another story. Very disappointed with the hotel.Mostly with the staff. We were on a 3 destination family vaca and have just been to Bk and Chiang mai. Hotel is clean. Theres tour and spa services just outside the hotel which i have used. Rooms are spacious and updated. Poor service. Rude staff member at breakfast who obviously prefers caucasians (hate to make that observation). Kept giving us only 6 beach towels when i have 8 people booked. Kept telling us they are out of towels even ad early as 9 am. They lie of course since noone has checked out any towels yet but us. You have to check towels out in on a logbook. I would recommend checking other hotels first before this one. Patong beach is littered with accomodations. I travel often and mostly have great experiences. I normally do not complain much about these things. But hopefully this gives others insight on this hotel.

Add Plus hotel and spa. On arrival I was given a room with used bedding, I was given another room which had been cleaned. However, there was black mold all around the bath. The towels were very old and had dark stains on them. The sink had a manual release lever for the plug, which had disconnected. I reported it to the reception. You had to kneel on the floor and manually release it from under the sink. The swimming pool surrounds is under going refurbishment, it is still use able. Breakfast was very basic The hot food was kept in warmers and as a consequence the food was basically that! Warm! The items available were two types of rice and noodle Ham in warm water, chicken sausage and fried egg. All of which were luke warm. The coffee was also just warm and very bitter. The cockerel at the rear of the hotel will be guaranteed to wake you up every morning come rain or shine! (6am) 24 Oct. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Only new towels were placed in there. The used bath mat was still there. The sink still has not been repaired. There was no toilet paper on the holder, I had to go to the reception to get another roll. The room has not been swept as there is still sand from the beach on the floor from yesterday. 27 Oct. One staff member was smoking just to the side of the breakfast servery. There are “no smoking” signs in the breakfast area! Then a waitress cleared a guests dining table, removed some unused bread and placed it back on the servery.

2nd Stay Wed 19th July-28th July 2017.
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel & took a friend this time. We noticed the bed sheets were stained...., they were clean, but had small rust type stains on the sheets, so when that happens, those sheets should be thrown out if they can't be cleaned conventionally. Overall the room was clean & tidy, air conditioning in the room wwhich works very well indeed & can go to a cool 18 degrees to a warm 27 degrees. Again, getting in & out of the shower/bath would be a problem for any elderly folk, poorly designed. On the plus side, the location is second to none, being a short 2 minute stroll to Junceylon & Bangla Rd. The roof top pool is very convenient with great views. The breakfast is fine, but I wish there was bacon. Cheap enough at 150 baht a day. When staying here, don't expect 5 star, as this place isn't. Its a general room, nice comfy bed, lifts to all floors, keycard entry & rated at a modest 3 star. Great for the traveller on a budget & does the job well enough. If you're looking for a place to just sleep for the night & with the pool as a bonus, this place suits well. For the price, its great value. House keeping makes up your room daily also! As mentioned, this is my 2nd stay here....& would I stay here again....., yes sure. Great location to everything central in Patong & far enough away from the nightlife buzz to have some quiet also. This is my honest assessment from personal experience. Thanks for reading & enjoy the saty if you choose here.

Wonderful stay, free upgrade!
We had a wonderful stay! This hotel is really close to everything in Patong yet without the noise. Beautiful pool and big room! The tiger inn restaurant was a really good restaurant and interesting to see. There was also a nearby shopping center for everything you need.

I spent 25 nights in April 2017 at this hotel and I love it.i see some people on here have had problems with their stay and have said about things they don't like.Thats ok but it suits all my needs great location,quite at night as it is set back from the road,7 -11 shop and family mart shop right next to hotel,great resturants close by and stone throw away from shopping centre.it takes me about 15-20 mins to walk to the beach and Patong beach is just fine just me.i am also staying at addplus for a further 25 nights in may 2017 also so that makes 50 nights so what more can I say but will be staying again in November for a further 27 nights and i only moving to another hotel because addplus then out of my budget for the following 32 nights of my visit because high season prices.enjoy

Everything was okay. 7-11, family mart & massage parlours right beside hotel. it's a walking distance to bangla street. 5 mins walk to shopping mall. Only issue was the aircon. sometimes it doesn't work but most of the time it was alright. Overall the hotel itself and the location was good.

Good value Budget Hotel
Great location near the JungCeylon shopping centre and night cooked seafood market. Good smallish pool on roof with good views. Comfortable room cleaned daily including towels and spacious.

Patong stay at Add Plus 15/3/17 to 23/3/17
Ok, here's an honest assessment of this Hotel. Firstly, it doesn't look like much from the front..., but nothing really is in the Patong district. They hotel upgraded me from a Superior Room to a larger one, which was very nice & a very big room I must admit. Modern trims, benches, closet space. The bed was comfortable as any I have slept in (I've been to Phuket a dozen times). The bathroom is accomodating, BUT...., the cleaning staff really need to bleach the bathrooms, as there was mould apparent (little, but enough to mention). Getting in & out of that bath/shower would be interesting for anyone under 5'f 5in, i'm 6'f 2in & it is ok, but a really poor design, it needs a fixed stepper there. Flooring was nice & the location is a very short walk to Jungceylon & Bangla Rd. I had the brekfast on the last day..., wish there was bacon!..., just eggs, cereal, fruit & Asian dishes..., minimal standard breakfast, but it's fine enough. The roof top pool needs the lights fixed in the pool, as it's not lit well there at night, Buit the pool & view was very nice indeed. For the price, it's an honest 3 star & less only & worth the stay. Behind the hotel, people live in squaller which is an eye opener...., but that's Thailand. You see this in most places. Is it worth the stay if you're on a budget?..., yes. Would I stay here again?..., yes I think I would. This is my honest opinion as I have stayed in 4-5 star hotels & 3 star ones also.
