Great stay good location

Amazing Hotel with lots of cool quirky touches. The roof top bar and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. Central location but you wouldn't have known it, very little if any street noise.Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Had a superb family holiday and we were looked after superbly by the wonderful staff. The snorkeling beach was amazing.

Quite area of Patong, handy to eateries and still very close to the beach.

Great stay. Easy checkin room was great with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was not full so it was quiet but you could hear other people in the spa at 5am from your balcony. Breakfast was good and the coffee machinean added bonus. Real fresh hot coffee. The only negative was there are no tissues in the room and they only supply 1 toilet roll, eadily fixed by grabbibg an extra roll from the downstairs toilet. Would stay again as great location to beach and nightlife

Very modern clean hotel. Great staff and good variety of breakfast options. Location is excellent as it connects to Jungceylon shopping centre.

Check-in at the hotel was good with staff being attentive and the process was very efficient. There was some confusion on check-in with us being Accor silver status members and benefits that should be applied. The room was well appointed and spacious with an ocean view. The aircon in our room was very noisy and was reported to the hotel front desk, but the problem did not seem to be rectified. A big thanks to Vikas and Sumat for making our stay so personable and enjoyable. The level of personal...

😊

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket in September 2017 and the stay was really nice. The resort has 3 entrances/exits - 1 on to the beach, 1 onto the main drag and 1 onto the side street. This is so convenient coz it allows you to get to the different areas of Patong from within your hotel resort (especially if its raining). The resort is centrally located and you can walk to any part of Patong from here. Heaps of taxis/tuktuks available if you want to go further. The breakfast buffet...

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now . It is in a central position , the staff are very helpful and polite. I intend to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Phuket.

Wonderful service & beautiful hotel

the property was perfect but would never book with Expedia again

We can easily compare this hotel to Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Amazing amenities, staff, transfer service, food, value, location! Would stay here every time we visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, very close to beach & all activity Patong is famous for, very well-presented hotel, impeccably clean & maintained, helpful staff comfortable rooms & bathroom facilities including hot water & water pressure. highly recommend this hotel as a must for any length of time in a convenient at area of Patong.

Amazing staff and amazing stay will come again

Holiday Inn Express is 100 metres from Patong Beach. We had not been to Phuket since the year after the tsunami and oh what a change. Immaculately clean, the beach, the roads, the pubs and restaurants. All and every one is immaculate. Unlike Bali you can drink the water from the tap. Eat on the street - amazing. The hotel has a Coffee Club at the entry - just about every hotel in Phuket has one - the lobby and staff were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing although the western eggs and...

We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to return again next year. Its only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Jungceylon shopping center, the resort is on a hill so walking down is fine its the walk back thats a bit of a killer so i suggest either a taxi or tuktuk would be fine or even the free shuttle to and from the hotel would be good to use. The food is wonderful is a lil bit on the pricey side but its expected in a hotel, but we ordered room service every night and loved everything...

Unbelievable experience at La Flora Patong. Fourth time visiting the area and 3rd different hotel but by far the best. Will be coming back again. From the friendly security guard that stops traffic to help you cross the street, to the smiles and welcoming greetings of every single staff member you pass, I could not fault one single thing. Special thanks go to Beauty, Phat, and the Chef + translator of the in-house thai cooking class we took. Hassle free airport transfers too with on-time...
