No one can give me the correct phone number to call and no one will give me the refund to my credit card; this is the worst service I have ever had. I canceled due to illness. I didn’t check in. "Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly, location is perfect for walking to tasting rooms and restaurants in downtown (1-3 min walk). Nespresso in the room was great. The rooftop bar is a great stop for a cocktail and appetizer."
