Great hotel and location is amazing

this hotel deserves 5 star rating ***** the location is perfect for shopping and outside dining options and a stroll in the park. but for me what makes it 5 star are the staff from Ric Fuentes, Cha and the rest of the staff at the executive lounge sorry I can't remember you all. well special mention to Matt Salvador and the Chef who have surpassed my food expectation. thank you and of course the room very clean an spacious.

Great for both business and pleasure travel. Walking distance to food and shops! Can't beat the experience at the Shang!

Clean room , good service, great staff, good security

Great staff, great location, wonderful spa. We arrived after a red eye flight and accommodated us for an early check in. The rooms were luxuriously big and very comfortable for its location in the Ortigas CBD. And just beside restaurants and a Jollibee!

Ascott is a well located property with direct access to BGC and all the fabulous shops and restaurants in the area. Also easily access to Makati and surrounding areas.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of food. The room had a great bed and pillows

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the security guards at the entrance to the housekeeping staff. The daily breakfast had very nice options. The Podium and SM Megamall are less than 10 minutes of walking distance away. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about this hotel!

I always love staying at Shangri-La hotels! The location is very convenient, and the staff are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I especially enjoy the breakfast, which offers a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. There’s something for everyone! Overall, it’s always a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying here again.

Great affordable hotel in a good neighbourhood. Quiet in the evenings for Manila. Convenient. Helpful staff. I look forward to returning.

Amazing place. Clean, Central. Well Located. Great staff. Very great staff. Top notch service. Spacious rooms. Great in-room facilities and amenities. And not expensive either. Good Value for money. 2 areas for improvement - Cable TV has voice lag. the voice is not in sync with video display. Second the Cafe downstairs is a rip off. Besides free breakfast, I wouldn't order anything from there. Overpriced, small quantities and delivery in paper bags? not in plates?

Staff services- exemplary! Friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate your reasonable needs. Room- clean and comfortable beds Location- Superb! Nice shopping mall across. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel. Everything (almost) was great! Breakfast, location, facilities, staff. The only criticism is that the bath towels were a bit old and needed replacing. Proximity to the Galleria Mall was brilliant.

Unit was so cozy and super clean! Had everything we needed and facilities were great (including the gym). Walking distance to everywhere so super convenient and right by a 7/11. Was such a comfortable stay - if we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again. Recommend!

Excellent stay
