We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

everything was great! Service of overall staff was excellent. I stayed for about 2 weeks and i got the same service. Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. THank you for making my stay wonderful =)

Although Richmonde hotel has been operating for a while now, the place is well maintained and clean. The price of the accomodations is really value for money, considering also the great location (walking distance to the nearby malls). We had a great stay here with my family and will definitely book again.

Great breakfast buffet and really nice gym

The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!

Think this a good hotel if it was well kept! All of the rooms have an Oder and has some damage also they have cockroaches and which made mad the amount of money that I paid this place should be immaculate

I like the location it was very nice and convenient for everyone because it surrounded by different stores like 7/11,Starbucks,Jollibee and 10 minutes walking you can go to SM Megamall,etc. The breakfast was also delicious and they served various of foods for the taste of their customers.I really like also the kind and service of the security staff and crew of the Hotel their are so generous.

The room I requested wasn’t ready when I checked in but was all sorted in the end. Always nice to stay at Richmonde Ortigas considering value for money at a prime location. Staff are all very helpful. Always ready to assist. It would be nice though if the rooms were a bit updated and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel is generally clean, it's just that it's outdated. There's stain on the carpet, the lounge chair with ottoman had seen better days, wall paper is peeling off. Noise from room accross from our suite would echo right above the ceiling. We were not particularly fond of our unit on the same floor (23rd floor) with seminar rooms. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful (front desk and housekeeping) The " happy hour" at "The Exchange Lounge" was also wonderful. The gym was also good.
