"I loved staying here! After wanting to see more of Puerto Rico after attending the Bad Bunny residency, Casa Las Ruinas was a perfect choice. Although the there is no on site attendant, check in/check out was smooth. Loved the interior and decor. Mostly very quiet. It feels like your own little apartment, lots of privacy. Perfect location in Old San Juan. Although there is no dedicated parking for the hotel you are literally steps from a garage where you can pay for parking. Don’t forget to try the cute cafe next door. I would definitely stay here again."
"I was expecting a long room with two queen beds and a bathroom, instead we had a suite, yes it’s in the name, but still above my expectations! Two bedrooms a living room, kitchen and big bathroom! It was so nice after being squeezed together on the cruise to have so much space to spread out in! "
"Nuestra estadia fue excelente. El personal del hotel muy profesional y amable. Las facilidades en excelente condición. La limpieza , seguridad, acceso al Viejo San Juan simplemente espectacular. "
"Loved my stay here! The staff was extremely nice and even let me check in a little earlier than advertised. The streets can be a bit noisy, but I’m from the Bronx so it didn’t faze me — it actually felt like home. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with plenty of food options, shopping, and historical sites all within walking distance. The place itself is super clean, with a cute rooftop that has lounge chairs and tables. I especially loved the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again!"
