"Great place to stay!"

"The staff and Hotel themselves helped out in a very needed time. My family and I were staying at another place and our room was broken into, and we were put into a different room which had water stains all through out the room, the couch was torn in multiple areas, and it just was not the best experience. Sonesta was able to get us a room for the time frame we needed it at Midnight. Huge help and it made our stay so much better than it started."

I had chosen a room thru the app, however after getting to the room, we realized that the ac unit was next to our room and too loud for our liking. Front staff immediately changed our room for us and made sure we were comfortable. Room was also very clean and organized. Highly recommended."
