We had a leak after some very heavy rain and the reception staff were there within 15 minutes of me emailing them and tidied. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely outstanding hotel. Customer service was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were an absolute dream. I slept like a baby. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selection. We will certainly be staying here again and we can not wait."

"The hotel is in a good location close to many resturants/ Cafe. Rooms are small, but good enough if you dont want to spend whole lot of time in the hotel. All the staff are super nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you just want to sleep and go sight seeing for a short stay."

"The hotel has all the basics. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is updated and the rooms are basic. The rooms are modest and minimal. The towels weren’t changed during our stay. The safe did not work properly - which wasn’t great. The location is a little farther from the sites than I would have wanted. We spent more on uber and texts and clocked 17k in steps each day. I would recommend staying closer putting these funds into a Boutique hotel in an area you love. It will be worth it. Finally we left a sweater behind. The hotel was good enough to let us know. I was impressed by this. The only options for getting the item back via post was a business service and an urgent business service for 230 euros and 113 euros. No regular post option. All in all, great staff, clean hotel, very basic. A few tweaks - fresh towels, working safe and a reasonable return article option would have gandered a higher score. The location vs cost is something everyone will assess for themselves."
