"One of the two rooms we reserved was incomplete for amenities - coffee, creamer, bottled water. Hot water in the shower wasn't working. Took a cold shower. Towel rack in the bathroom fell off by itself , luckily no one's was hurt. Clean room ✔️ Helpful staff ✔️ Airport shuttle ✔️ A/C ✔️ I'd give ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for rating."

"Very tired hotel. Aircon not cool enough for the purpose. No hair dryer in the room. Had to go to lobby from 18th floor to ask for one. Airport shuttle didn’t work for us. Kettle didn’t work in the room. Luckily we only stayed there for one night. The only positive about the hotel is the location for Mall of Asia. In these day. A lots of choice at that price range. Will no go back definitely."

"I had an amazing stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I felt completely safe the entire time, which was really important to me as a traveler. The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, and communication was easy since everyone spoke English well. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected without any issues. Overall, everything just worked. No problems, no stress. Just a really pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely choose this hotel again if I return to Manila. Highly recommend."

"The front desk people suck.it took 2 hours to check in. Because I was 1 day late do to flight problems and the Not well educated or just dumb could not or would not understand that.The wifi is just as bad it works sometimes just like the girls in the front. The pool looks nice but to cold to swim. But it is clean and safe here. It is hard to get to and the smell outside is bad and you can hear the train passing by but it is in walking distance. The house keeping is good the door man is nice along with the guards"

"Personally I dont belive the room was as discribed. I stayed over night only an informed host and hotel I was checking out. I gave a few issues fir cause an asked for a refund an was refused. I only listed some if the issues as there were more. 3 bathrooms, master with danage to door. other 2 no hot water. Funcky smell in the kitchen which they new about as kitchen window was left open to air it out. stains in the carpet. smell of the sheets/ pillows hoping it was from over bleaching. eyelash on floor, sauce on wall by light switch, floor cleaner used coated the floor not clean. turned my socks a dirty color an if you wear your shoes it imprinted. No view at all. when we aerived neighbor had trash in the hall, no shower curtain fir the tub /shower as it was the only bathroom with hot water. etc."
