Room was clean bed was good shower head need some attention looked like it was going to fall off the wall and leaked over the floor, all good we just put the spare towel there to soak it up .

Despite all the negative comments on this complex, it`s not that bad, it`s just average, and for the price paid, it`s value for money. Some areas in the property have in fact been renovated. As for cleanliness, it`s just average, considering cleaning staff would be difficult to find in remote mountain regions, especially for the warmer months, when the motel opens only.

We overall loved our stay but maybe we didn't read the fine prints enough and that is on us. I would warn against booking a ranch stay in October as they have nothing to offer but a roof over your head during this time. The restaurants were closed, the horses were gone and there were no activities running. Walking the grounds was beautiful and it was cute having the resident dogs running around. Funnily the Love Island usa cast was staying there the same time as us in a cabin nearby and you...

Lovely warm indoor pool. Outdoor hot spa. Nice views of the mountains and wildlife grazing along side carpark.
Free laundry facilities were provided and I really appreciated that.
