"Lady that checked out was kind of rude, really left a sour taste , had an exceptional stay till this occurred, second guessing if I would ever stay here again. Esp when the issue was between hotels.com and the hotel itself regarding billing. "

"The whole building needs to be updated the rooms, hallways, laundry room everywhere I turned I seen touch ups walls,ceiling and floors. The bathroom fixtures falling apart. Just settled in because we where too tired to cancel and didn't want to lose are funds already prepaid. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope I it make through next couple of days without any more incidents."

"Honestly my hotel has been kind of a mess. When I checked in the room wasn’t even ready ant 3pm check in time and I had to wait for housecleaning to clean it . When I got in there was dust on the floor on the air conditioning, and the next day I found housekeeping in the hallway and said they’d clean it but the bed wasn’t even made when I came back. Then my little plushie disappeared after they took the sheets, and when I pulled the sheets off looking for it there was this huge yellow stain on the mattress. The front desk girl was nice "

"Our first contact was Elvis who was the most pleasant and provided a warm welcome and send off with every encounter! He was so helpful and sweet! We enjoyed our stay- it was a nice getaway with great views. Having traveled with our 2 young children we thoroughly appreciated the kids area and kid pool!"
