"super clean, bed was very comfortable, staff and lots of other guests i encountered were so friendly. great location. only thing is people were constantly taking phone calls in their room, i think a lot of people are unaware of this rule and it should be made clearer/there should be consequences for it because people just did not care and i was disturbed by this all 4 nights i was there. also i stayed on a women only floor and male staff/contractors were frequently there - i didn’t mind personally but do think they should warn about this as a courtesy."
"Very nice stay. Didnt see the bit about 35$ nightly charge to use against hotel
F & b - coctails over priced and coffee has huge queues! And you cant carry over or use on check out day so a bit of a con. But staff and room were lovely"
"My stay was short, literally overnight, but the few hours I was there were great. The staff was friendly, it was incredibly close to all the attractions I was there for and the room was comfortable. I would recommend for any short/weekend getaways."
"The room was very nice and clean, and the a/c worked well. Amenities were minimal - no coffee or tea, just the TV, towels, and shampoo. I had to wait for ~ 1o min, or the front desk person to show up at check-in. Not a serious problem though."
"I really enjoyed my stay. My clean king-size room on the seventh floor had an incredible view of SoHo, and the bed was very comfortable.
citizenM does a great job of using technology to make the stay feel easy and efficient, from check-in through controlling features in the room. I especially liked being able to cast from my phone to the TV and watch my own favorite shows. I also appreciated having the option to choose how often my room was cleaned.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities, which is why I rated them four stars rather than five.
My only other note is that the entrance area felt a little off-putting at times because of the public seating space outside, which seemed to attract some lingering that made the arrival experience feel less welcoming. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would happily return."
"Really added to a classic New York experience. We enjoyed it and everyone was very helpful and the TikTok diner was really convenient with good food and the location right at the bottom corner of the hotel."
