If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. The people attending this process are slow to respond. "

"Very clean, beautiful view, big shared kitchen. good comms with team, tho some repeated messages from what seems to be an AI checkin ? You have to sit outside until you do a lot of paperwork and pay them an extrat $19 cleaning fee not seen in the listing. Also the kitchen is huge big and top notch but it is limited - for example it only has one small bent frying pan."

"Monty and Lance are great hosts. The Villa and beach setup was as great as it looked on the pictures. Very cosy, quiet place and well equipped - the kitchen was outstanding. It was definitely a home away from home! The kids loved the pool very much. There are many things to explore in the surrounding and Monty/ Lance have been very much of support. We will come back to this lovely place! "
