"The room and the property is very clean. Excellent breakfast. Carlo at the front desk could be a little more pleasant. He seems to act as he is doing me a favor by checking me into the hotel. I guess because l’m a woman. I have been coming to this place since 2022 for at least 3 times a year and I hate when he is at the front desk. He seems to be more pleasant with men."

"The front desk spoke English that was a huge help ... the room had a broken bathroom door lock. And didn't close. The H-VAC NEEDS TO be cleaned and sanitized. The a c did work well. Our room, on the 27 floor was quiet. It also came with a nice view. The windows do not open for any fresh air. They advertised that they have a steam room. But of course it was broke down. ITSOUNDS down for a long time.. NO ICE MACHINES. NO WATER MACHINE'S IN THE HALLWAYS. NOVANDIAN MACHINES TO GET SNACKS. the bathroom sink was loose and made it hard to use. But it did work. STAFF WERE KIND. THAT I REALLY APPRECIATED.!! THE 3 ELEVATORS WORKED WELL AND OPERATED RELATIVELY FAST. THE LOCATION AND PARKING WAS GREAT SO WAS OVER HEAD TUNNEL ACCESS TO THE MALL AND CASINO .. SUPER COOL 😎 "

"Lots of breakfast choice and long hours. V near metro. Clean room, comfy big bed and balcony. Enjoyed the pool and gym too"
