"We had the suite on top floor with balcony overlooking the bay. Very spacious, enough sleeping for a family of 5, and everyone got their own bed. AC worked well. The staff are SUPER SUPER nice and helpful. We got there early and they stored our bags for us and gave us beach and other suggestions. "

The location is great, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and were surrounded by nature. Very peaceful and away from the city noise, but not far from city center where you can party, visit all shopping areas, restaurants, the city amenities and the marina to catch the boats to other islands. This hotel surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended! "

"The property itself is beautiful - quiet, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax and disconnect a bit. The room was in great shape and very comfortable. There's no direct beach access from the hotel, but right out front you'll find a surf spot. Even if you don't surf, watching the surfers battle the waves is oddly entertaining and a great way to spend time doing nothing (in the best way). The hotel offers a shuttle to a lovely sandy beach, which is a nice touch. Just a heads-up: the waves can be pretty intense, so swimming is mostly for the brave, the confident, or the slightly reckless. Last but definitely not least - the staff. Seriously amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind."
