I stayed at the resort last week and overall everything was fine — the place is clean, the service was good, and the food was nice. However, I found one rule quite ridiculous. I was asked to go all the way back upstairs to my room because I was wearing my beach cover-up (those light, transparent clothes you wear over a swimsuit) in the restaurant. I completely understand not allowing people to come in dripping wet or wearing only a bikini, but not being allowed to wear beach clothes at a poolside restaurant makes no sense. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since the restaurant is basically next to the pool.

This resort was quite good. It was not crowded and it was compact. I definitely will visit again. Only wish the swimming pools had more shadow areas since the sun in Panama is very strong. Food was tasty and the menu rotated everyday. The nightly shows were kind of cheesy (except by the young singer from Ecuador who had a pretty voice).

It is a smaller resort so every part of the resort is accessible by foot. Very family oriented. They had activities for kids and adults at different times throughout the day. The buffet had enough variety to provide something for everyone and not too much that food was just sitting there.

My family has visited a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is one of our favorites! The food is delicious (we prefer the buffet and didn’t try the restaurants). The pools are lovely and the water slides are so so fun. I have a 12 and 14 year old who were so happy and entertained. The ocean is perfect for swimming and playing in (small) waves. Their beach is very clean with soft sand and the pool games were a blast. Our room was very clean, classy and a fantastic ocean view. I wish there was coffee in the rooms or available earlier, but that rang true for every place we stayed in Panama. The resort has lifeguards on duty at the pools and at the beach who are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend and we will definitely return

The pool tables are in really bad shape, on their current status you're better off playing on the ground. The staff was amazing, very kind, they made the stay wonderful. The menus on breakfast and lunch had really few options, dinner was AWESOME, we had a ton of options but breakfast and lunch not really. On this app I booked a king sinzed bed on one room and they gave me 2 beds, when I called the front desk they said they don't have king size beds on the hotel anymore, they only have 2 beds in each room. Who does that??? If I want to sleep in the same bed with my partner I should be able to!! Also on the poolside the kids games are being narrated like a football game. I want music, I don't really care who wins the kid's contest, they can play but why the need to narrate it tho. I give it a 3.5/5 honestly. There's a lot of room for improvement.

First the good - the property is beautiful and well maintained. Except for the stench of sewer, which was consistent and property wide. Unfortunately, the entertainment area is centrally located near the hotel rooms. From early in the morning until 11pm, people will be yelling on a microphone in Spanish. It was a lot of noise and hype, not “entertainment”. There was no where peaceful or quiet to relax and escape the noise of constant microphone hype. The music was not diverse, just Latin. The fruit was nice. I thought the food was decent, although limited in selection, but my husband did not like it at all. We ended up renting a car and eating out several times. The water is not safe to drink. The staff was adequate but not friendly. I speak a little Spanish, which was necessary, as the staff speaks very little English. The rooms lack basics such as wash rags and ironing boards. We ended up leaving 2 days early as we couldn’t handle the noise, smell, and food for the full week we booked.
