The staff was wonderful, great customer service. The resort was run down and not well kept. The rooms was not clean, had dirty conforter set and bathroom had mildew. Room smelled moldy.

The staff is amazing super nice, super attentive and I definitely see the potential in this resort. Food and drinks were pretty decent and I love that no reservations were needed for the on site restaurants. My cons were the rooms, and bugs. My room was super swampy and humid even with the ac . One night I got back and my wall was literally sweating and dripping. We were not even able to utilize the balcony cause of these weird lil bugs that were all over and the amount of bites I got from being in commen areas were absurd. Bug spray and wipes that hotel provide help very lil. I truly had a great time at this hotel met lovely people and felt really safe

My wife and I overall enjoyed the stay at this property. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most days and enjoying cocktails while listening to the waves crash against the shore or music when it was playing over the speakers by the DJ. I will rate a couple of the areas that I believe most people want to know when booking a resort. Food - 4/5 (Most likely a 5/5 for most if you enjoy seafood) We thought the food was pretty good and had no issues. They have an Italian and French themed restaurant on property which vary their menu slightly, daily. They also have a buffet for lunch/dinner near the pool if you want something more casual. With kids, no problem, there is always the hamburger and hot dog area for picky eaters. We didn't try the seafood restaurant on property as we are both not the biggest seafood lovers. Property - 4/5 The property itself definitely needs an upgrade and is more on the older side. But overall it is clean and safe which keeps it right at the 4 rating for us. Staff/Service - 4/5 This would have most likely been a 3 if we didn't have great experiences with the bar/restaurant staff. It seems that that the property doesn't provide enough staff to accommodate bar service. The pool bar will get very busy on days and there is one person tending to the bar and the swim up area, not possible, sometimes waiting for a drink up to 15 minutes. The staff themselves make up for this though by being very friendly and patient even with rude guests. We will come back!

I thought it was nice ! The food is not 5 stars, but I thought it was good for the price, the beach is not really for swimming but they have kayaks so that’s cool. We also saw sloths in the almond tree on the beach part. The service was nice people very helpful and kind. Overall it was a good time.
