Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was roomy and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. The balcony was large with plenty of sitting. It had a great view of the gulf although you couldn’t see the beach very well. The beds were all very comfortable.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! Access to the beach was convenient and great food choices were within walking distance. The condo was well kept & clean upon arrival. There was even a bin of beach stuff outside the front door which was an added bonus. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we had the best sunset views from the 22nd floor! Some places we enjoyed were the Sunrise cafe & bakery, parlor donuts, the pour, the pier, pineapple Willy’s, the yard bar, and many more close places. Overall we would definitely stay here again, we visit Florida multiple times a year and this was a great place to stay! The only negative we could come up with was the sofa sleeper was broken so we had to double up in the bunk room.

Nearly perfect

Overall impression was very good. A beautiful condo in a great location with a phenomenal view. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would have given an excellent review but for a couple of small things. The very small things were: no spare toilet paper; no spare trash bags; no dishwasher pods; and a 9a checkout (at least an hour too early)
