"Happy Hour on 30A", located in the Arcadia Community, is nestled between Alys Beach and Seagrove on Scenic Highway 30A, near Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Watersound. There is a 30 second walk to public beach access through Seabreeze Beach Access. 

As you enter this two-story duplex you will find a first-floor master bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite with a large glass-enclosed shower and double vanity, the master bedroom also has private access to the patio. The second bedroom on the first floor is also a king-size bed with shared access to a guest bath, with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is located on the first floor as well.

The stairs will take you to the second floor which is the main living space of this duplex with a spacious open concept living, kitchen & dining area, with access to the private balcony space. The third bedroom is on the second floor with a king-size bed and private access to a shared bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
