The place is advertised as family friendly so kids should be able to sit in the hot tub and warm up. Overall my experience was still good and my room was clean and the price was affordable. "

"Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers loyalty to your hotel. If their experience is positive they are more like to return and advertise, invite friends . "
