Son Binissalom - with private swimming pool

Precious estate located on the outskirts of Palma; just 15 kilometres from the centre of Palma port. As you will be able to verify in the surroundings of the property and its vicinity, the land is delicately populated with almond trees, carob trees, orange trees, lemon trees, plum trees, medlar trees and a varied vegetation that makes it a place where peace and tranquillity can be breathed. The villa, being on a small hill, allows you to enjoy views of Palma Bay and the mountain from the terrace and the swimming pool.



This fantastic chalet is composed of a ground floor and an upper floor. It has the common areas of the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and eight bedrooms. The three bathrooms are completely renovated.



On the outside, the enormous swimming pool stands out, offering spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountain range. Around the house, you will find carefully maintained gardens and spacious areas to play, walk, and sunbathe. The vast terrain allows for a private walk of over 2 kilometres. Likewise, outside you will find a barbecue, completing everything necessary to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



This property is designed to enjoy a peaceful and rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with the utmost comfort to relax with family or friends.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all rooms, fans will be provided to clients for rooms that do not have air conditioning. It also does not have heating.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2.20€ per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.

Schöne Location

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Location ist etwas mehr im Landesinneren gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen :)

Gute Finca mit wundervollem Ausblick

Die Finca selbst war ordentlich und sauber, leider lag bei Checkin jedoch ein toter Vogel im Wohnzimmer (vermutlich durch ein Fenster hereingeflogen und nicht wieder herausgefunden, kann passieren). Ohne Klimaanlage war es bei fast 40 Grad leider sehr warm in den Zimmern. Zudem haben wir einen klar gekennzeichneten Platz oder Container für den Müll vermisst, aber alles halb so wild. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht. Ein schöner großer Pool, eine unfassbare Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und auch an sonstigem Equipment war alles top. :)
