Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlicher Kategorien von klein bis sehr Komfortabel, wir hatten eins dazwischen was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Im Zimmer selbst ist die Beleuchtung etwas zu dunkel auch im Badezimmer was bei dunkel ausgestatteten Zimmer nicht von Vorteil ist. Frühstücksbuffet ist stark Verbesserungs würdig, es gibt jeden Tag dieselbe Auswahl sonst ist das Hotel top wir würden es wieder Buchen.

Great place to stay in Mallorca

The Born is excellent. The staff was very attentive. Pilar was great at check and Carlos made breakfast quite a pleasure with two minute Spanish lessons. The hotel is a palace from the 16th century that has been meticulously renovated. There are no elevators so this may be an issue for some, but if not an issue definitely need to stay here when in Mallorca it is close to everything. Just a wonderful stay.

Hotel Born är ett otroligt fint hotell mitt i Palma med service dygnet runt och lätt att nå på alla sätt. Tyvärr fick vi ett rum utan utsikt /fönster och stördes varje morgon kl 7:30 av att restaurangen intill städades. Stolar o bord flyttades vilket gjorde att man inte kunde sova. Nattetid stördes vi av att glasflaskor slängdes i någon intilliggande soptunna. Vi skulle naturligtvis klagat men trodde att störmomenten var tillfälliga.

Hotel Born, is right in the middle of the City. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tree lined avenue full of bars, restaurants and shops with the cathedral and harbour only a further 10 minutes away. The building and the decor is stunning and the staff are polite friendly and always happy to help. Our room was excellent and overlooked the outdoor dining area which is where we ate breakfast every morning and enjoyed a drink most evenings too. Breakfast itself is a well stocked fresh buffet of fruit bread cheese pastries and a few hot options too. Once you’ve mastered the coffee machine all is well with the world and you can sit in the warm outdoors listening to the hotels music until a very civilised 11am. Checkout is midday but we were able to leave our cases at the hotel until the evening and although there isn’t a courtesy room to get changed in for the journey home seasoned travellers wouldn’t have a problem with this. Would we go back ? Absolutely yes

What an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Born. The decor was stunning and given it used to be a palace it was very grand and swish inside. Breakfast was fantastic a self service buffet where you can eat it in the wonderful courtyard garden. Central location. Just fantastic all round.

Bel hôtel dans un cadre historique magnifique. Personnel avenant, toujours prêt à rendre divers service (taxi, prêt de serviette de plage,…). Emplacement idéal à 2 minutes de la cathédrale et de différents arrêts de bus permettant d’aller à la plage. Patio très agréable mais qui est aussi destiné au restaurant de l’hôtel et qui donne sur les chambres donc il y a du bruit et de la musique jusqu’à minuit si la chambre donne sur le patio ce n’est pas l’idéal pour une nuit calme. Le ménage des chambres est fait vite fait par contre nous avions laissé tomber par mégarde par terre un objet, si le sol avait été nettoyé il aurait été ramassé. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

The hotel looked beautiful on the pictures but was a bit worn down when we got there. The insulation of the windows was non-existent and the restaurant in the courtyard was open until 00.30, making it impossible to sleep… the service was a disgrace, very disrespectful personnel. スタッフがみんな優しくて、楽しく滞在できました。館内に階段がありませんが、快く部屋まで荷物を運んでくれました。 部屋も一部埃が残っていたり、洗面所では下水の匂いがすることがありましたが、滞在には十分な設備と環境が整っていました。 また、朝食では生ハムやシャンパンも飲めて最高のバカンスを過ごせました。 観光地にも徒歩で向かえるので場所も便利でした。 楽しい時間をありがとうございました！

Central beliggenhed i historisk ejendom. Meget charmerende hotel med venlig service i et historisk palacio, som dermed har en majestætisk foyer og en dejlig gårdhave til morgenmad og drinks. Lidt besværligt, at der ikke er elevator. Jeg slæbte min egen kuffert op til fjerde sal mens den flinke portier tog fruens. Hvis man ellers er rørig var det besværet værd. Dejlig mini-suite med udsigt over gården.
