"We were very happy with everything but the beds. We liked how conveniently it’s located and everyone was very nice. The room was clean but the beds were too hard. That would be the only reason why we probably won’t go back. "

"Staff was extremely professional and friendly. We had a great check in experience. Pre pay for breakfast when you book room- it is not free. The pool was not a relaxing pool but was spacious with plenty of chairs, just had a ton of teens, kids and parents everywhere but was still very nice. "

"Don’t stay in building #11 room 147B the room desperately needs a remodel and there is mold on the bathroom ceiling! "

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."

"LOVED: bathrobe in room, fridge, water (both still and sparkling) available on all floors!, fabulous workout room, two great pools and grounds were lovely, plush towels, comfy beds, blackout drapes, quiet, private deck, coffee and grab and go-bar near pool, lunch options, great large shower and shower head. Staff is super friendly and helpful TO KNOW: $25 a day to park, no mini splits so air coming on and off can impact some light sleepers (me), food in restaurant (and drinks) very overpriced. Otherwise, it was a top-notch escape!"
