"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. "Overall an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I liked the sandy and shallow beach, the cabanas were a bonus with the room, which meant I didn't have to fight for a beach lounger. Lots of options at breakfast and lunch. Dinner at Si La was great. Food options for the all inclusive package exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly. Thank you Nina, at breakfast and lunch. Thanks to Stelios at Swell. George the bell boy. The friendly engineer who fixed the sliding door in my room. And Haris for facilitating my room upgrade."

"We were here for two nights. This hotel is really well located. Just outside the city centre so you get a good nights sleep. We can not fault it. A lovely internal court yard where you can enjoy the excellent breakfast. I think the hot tub in the advertisment photo is either attached to another room or no longer exists. We did not have a balcony but no problem with that. Our flight back to the U.K was at 11.30p.m. Staff allowed us to store our cases in the reception area so we could enjoy the rest of the day in the city without having to worry. (I think this is routinue if you ask as other's had done the same thing). Recommend a stay."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amirandes Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our bungalow room was lovely. We especially enjoyed being able to walk straight out and look at the sea. The main pool is huge, with plenty of space to relax, and there are lots of activities available throughout the week. We particularly loved the padel, olive oil tasting and pottery making. I also had the signature massage, which was a full-body treatment. I love a massage, and this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The poolside team were always so smiley and attentive, regularly bringing us drinks and making us feel very well looked after. The cleaners were equally friendly, and our room was immaculate every day. We ate at the buffet most evenings, but we also visited Blue Monkey. If you are staying on a half-board basis, they offer a €20-per-person credit against the bill, which was a lovely bonus. The food there was delicious. The buffet staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the pancake lady! The morning team were also fantastic, taking our coffee orders as soon as we sat down. Every member of staff helped make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Amirandes Hotel and would love to return."
