"The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence."
"Everything about this jotel is beyond reproach. Marvelous room, great view, helpful and friendly staff, location, breakfast, level of cleanliness. I couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you Pendini!"
"Everything was as you would expect it to be. Breakfast service was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Cleaning staff did a great job.
I did report a minor issue with the plug not working but other than that it was absolutely fine. "
