"The location is great. Has everything you need. The fan above the bed is great. Along with the oscillating fan, there is no need for air conditioning. The view of the bay is beautiful. Was nice to have the coffeemaker, fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay there again on future visits. A wonderful place with friendly staff. Recent guest in room 219"

"The Ocean view room, had a ocean view. The staff was courteous but for the price paid, I felt the room was quite dated. No microwave in the room, if you want to heat up some food ( The town was almost dead at 7pm, with few dining options). No phone USB chargers as well. I would be okay if this was costing half of what I paid. "

"We had to upgrade our room because our “mountain” view room was on the first floor looking at the back yard with air conditioner unit. Staff was accommodating but we had to pay more for the upgrade. The toilet was commercial grade like they install at department stores, super LOUD. We ended up not flushing at night, because it was waking up the dead! Parking was free in the street across the hotel, otherwise, valet parking was $36 per day. Overall, the stay was nice. "

We walked down to Booch Bar for breakfast and Pineapples for dinner. 5 minutes to Coconut Island. 10 minutes to Richardson and Carlsmith. Simone was a pleasure to work with. We had a great time. "

"We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean and surfers. Our room had a bit of an ocean view and a large private lanai on the front of the home(great spot to eat our take out sushi one night) The owners and managers thought of everything! We would recommend this place to our friends."
