Nice hotel, the staff are very nice and the free breakfast was great, but rooms, esp the bathrooms, are dated and need updating and maintenance

The hotel is tucked away a few minutes from Paddington station on a quiet leafy street. The rooms are small but carefully designed and appointed, both aesthetically and functionally. The breakfast is elegantly put together, fresh, not extensive but just like the rooms a perfect set to start the day. I’ve stayed with them a half dozen times and each time the service has been consistently excellent.
