"Nothing unique. Sand in the sink. Stains on the mattress and couch. Looks like they have been there from the beginning. No locks on the outside door. Didn't feel safe. We didn't stay there. Not happening. The worker didn't charge us at all. He canceled our reservation."

"Amazing value at the Equus Inn. Equivalent rooms in Gainesville were going to $700 per night during graduation. Clean rooms and well appointed. Breakfast pretty good. Usual stuff like hot scrambled eggs, ham, pancakes, waffles. Would stay again if Gainesville sold out."

"My stay here was wonderful, from Original meeting of manager when we first arrived through interaction with personnel, breakfast and clean environment. I had written a review earlier but had not submitted it earlier trying to find the name of the wonderful receptionist who checked us in. Did not succeed and got distracted. Also great thanks to manager Jim who helped us find a wonderful place to eat that evening. "
