Sandy floor, toilet paper holder all rusted some lights didn’t work and room reeked of marijuana had to leave door open a few times to air out. As soon as noisy ac unit turned on again smell came back. Pool acceptable, breakfast very sparse. Holiday inn very close was well worth the extra money. All around yucky stay!

Front desk staff were very nice. Bed was co for table. Room was clean. Larger refrigerator/freezer which was nice. Near I75 and unfortunately hear the traffic, able to sleep thru most of the noise.

Great staff, good value

Staff was awesome. No frills but everything you need and cheap. Only place I’ve ever been where I ask for extra pillows ahead of time and they’re actually there. Convenient location, too - right off 75. Breakfast is great for the kids, but no protein.

This motel is in the middle or a huge Florida truck stop right of the Florida Turnpike.. so the idling trucks are a factor, room was neat and clean, walked to the IHOP for breakfast. Unfortunately it was SuperBowl Sunday and the TV did not work.. Basic motel.

The staff was super nice but the place was very run down and dirty. There was a lot of sketchy things going on outside and the area did not look safe at all. The rooms floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned, it was supposed to be a wood color laminate but it was gray from dirt and dust. The bedding looked clean but the shower was also dirty and greasy

We needed a place to stay for one night. Room was clean and functional. It suited our needs but some what dated. We did not hear traffic from interstate. Room AC provided white noise with the fan on run. Front desk was friendly, breakfast was fine. We would stay again.

My stay was very pleasant, the room was clean and smoke free like i asked, the desk clerk, was very helpful at checkin and the staff was friendly. The only thing that was off to me was the way housekeeping didnt check to see if i needed anything.

The pool was nicely maintained. There was ONE table with an umbrella and no other shade. Obviously, the decision makers are not out in the summer sun by the pool often. Tsk-tsk. The greenery was also well maintained. The room floors were filthy and we noted small roached and spiders. The continental breakfast was average. Coffee was decent.

Don’t let the appearance shock you when you drive up to the motel. Remodeling is in progress. The staff is simply amazing!!! The bedding, towels, bathroom were clean. TV and air conditioning worked. Breakfast was very adequate. We did not go away hungry. Pool is large and was clean. The floors weren’t the cleanest…and the surrounding area is sketchy and unsafe feeling. But overall we were happy. The staff is super friendly…

Staff were very kind and friendly. There was clearly a plumbing issue with our room which seems unlikely to have been unknown, by its nature. Had it been disclosed we could have requested a different room - there were vacancies (we were initially offered a choice but for no apparent reason and just requested a quiet area). We had to deal with that issue late at night on our own. The suites are a generous amount of space, though - great for a family with young ones if you want to get a great night of sleep. However, the floors were very dirty. The included breakfast could have had more healthy options.

The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The facility is an old building so it's understandable that there is just so much you can do with fresh paint and newer flooring. The room itself was clean, the bedding was clean along with the bathroom, but still old and dungy. The outside walk way and around the building was dirty and scattered with cigarette butts and other trash. It needed to be picked up, sweept and blown. A good power washing would help. The night we checked in there was some sort of crime, many police cars and policeman. Parts of the facility was taped off with crime tape. The picture on the web sight was deceiving compared to reality.

I booked this facility for a 2 night stay because of its proximity to the Villages. The pictures online showed a simple, but clean and fresh establishment. What we experienced was the first half of a horror movie. The parking lot was filled with motorcycles and 18 wheeler trucks. Several guests sat outside their rooms in their own lawn chairs. We hesitantly checked in, given it was already 11pm and we were exhausted after a long travel day. On the way to our room, we passed several others. Some were quiet and dark, some still had their doors open with view of people passed out in their beds, more people sitting outside their rooms in their own lawn chairs, and lots of noise. A very uncomfortable scene for someone who just wanted a peaceful night's sleep. We entered the room, promptly closed and locked the door and realized the floors and bathroom was dirty, and the door to the room wasn't as secure as we hoped. We decided we could not stay and checked out within minutes of our arrival. The staff was courteous when we checked out and we received a cancellation email quickly thereafter. However, the charge never came off my bill. I had expected at least one night refund but received nothing. I disputed with Expedia but the property refused to budge. In short, do not stay at this establishment. It is not safe, it is not clean, and it does not have adequate customer service.
