"This hotel scores on its location and historic ambience, within easy walking to Ottawa’s must see attractions. Breakfast offerings were disappointing for what one would expect at a Fairmont Hotel . The food was served cold on our first morning and because of that we chose to eat elsewhere for the remaining 4 days of our stay. Our room on the first floor was small but comfortable and well serviced by housekeeping. Unfortunately our room was situated above a loading area, and our sleep was disrupted late nights/ early mornings by trucks loading and unloading. "
