"Had never even heard of this place, booked it solely on the name. It exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, fancy hotel and an apartment room for the price of a reg hotel room elsewhere. The games room was a totally hit for the kids (& life saver for parents.). Thanks so much! "

"The room was big and spotless. It's a bonus to have a walk-in closet. The sitting area of the room was plenty. I will definitely stay again when I am in Ottawa. "

"Great location, close to lots of things to do"

"This hotel is very convenient for both public transportation and driving. There were not many things to do around. Parking is underground and safe. There is also an EV charger, which allowed us to charge about four hours each night; although a bit unusual, it was still very useful. The property is large and often busy, but the staff does a good job managing the volume of guests. Our room was spacious, with a nice view of the city. Beds were comfortable, the furniture felt reasonably updated, and the bathroom was roomy. There’s a big common space on the ground level where many people gather. However, the pool and fitness area are surprisingly small for the size of the hotel, and we saw several guests (already in swimwear) disappointed by the tiny pool. The only real downside was the elevators, which were often very crowded during the morning breakfast rush, making it hard to reach our floor. Overall, a great stay!"

"Il y avait des rénovations dans l'hôtel, mais cela n'a aucunement posé problème autant pour le bruit que la propreté. La seule chose un peu négative, ce serait qu'on a pas eu de refile pour la café, on nous as dit qu'ils en ont manqué pour les chambres. Au moins le service à la clientèle était poli et courtois. Les lits étaient très confortable, je veux les mêmes oreiller pour chez moi."

"Great spot- easy access to the parliament buildings and Rideau canal. My one and only issue- What’s up with no fitted sheets?! I’m not a fan of how easily the top sheet- meant as a bottom sheet- comes off and then you’re on a mattress pad!"
