"Good location, close from a bus stop. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. I really enjoyed having the option to relax in the hotel’s onsen. I also appreciated that they welcome guests with tattoos."

"Our favorite place to stay on our 12 day travel around Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing place, super clean, had a stove, 4 beds, a table, cooking area, outdoor loung area, bath tub with views and just an overall great atmosphere."

"New hotel, fast lifts, fair local style breakfast with super fast check-in & check out. Efficient and close (undercover walkway) to Gotemba station with one of the 4 sides facing Mount Fuji, the other 2 sides facing the valley or the hills behind us. I would recommend this as a pre-or Post Fuji climb stay if you want something simple and basic, a small room to lie down, and just rest with food, etc. nearby."

"you use QR code instead of key card to enter the room. our floor has ice and water machine in front of our room. the kitchen has everything you need. too bad the weather was not nice and we couldn't see Mount Fuji."

"First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again."
