"The location is perfect and the ground reminded me of a Secret Garden, beautiful and lush. The inside was clean, luxurious and rustic. We loved it, breakfast and dining area was clean and cute. We will be recommending to our family to stay here! Absolutely enchanting!"

"Perfect location, host was helpful and welcoming. Drinks on the terrazzo in the evenings was special. "

"Nice hotel to stay in which is in the heart of Orvieto, second time there. Not fancy, no in room amenities but definitely allows you to be close to everything from stores, restaurants and sites"

"Loved the place and the location"

"excellent stay!"

"Good location, super nice staff."

"Standard room. Nothing fancy but fine for an overnight. "

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"The place was perfect. Location was great. One thing to mention is upon arrival, if you arrive before there is no one there. However, we contacted them via WhatsApp & they sent someone with 30mins. Have us time to grab lunch across the street which was great! Definitely would recommend"
