Rooms are recently renovated, high quality, and the location is perfect - close enough to the restaurants but also to the funicular so you don’t have to drag your luggage too far. "Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
