Good location, 10 to 15 minute walk from train station and the funicular and has a good view of the hilltop city of Orvieto from below. The included breakfast was fine.

It's a good hotel for short stays. The gentleman that runs this place is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The general info about the hotel says that it has a restaurant in site which isn't true, since it was closed.

Ho provato per cambiare hotel in zona, per me deludente per quanto riguarda: tv con programmi visibili a pezzi, camera fredda con riscaldamento spento di notte, bagno senza piatto doccia, colazione poco fornita. Non ho potuto provare il ristorante. Peccato perché persona gentile in reception e disponibile.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel e nonostante il personale sia disponibile, non ho apprezzato la mancata comunicazione del guasto all’aria condizionata al momento della prenotazione, mi è stato comunicato durante il check-in. la camera era pulita e rifornita di pratici set da bagno, la colazione non offriva una vasta scelta di prodotti ma nel complesso era buona.

Ok value for the price.

We chose this hotel because of it’s proximity to the train station. It was .6 of a mile. Doable with luggage. The rooms were clean, and dated. The air conditioner did not work and there were no screens on the window. Breakfast was typical Italian fare. The location was near a number of restaurants.

Friendly people, hotel and rooms were a little dated but comfortable and clean. Very nice food in the restaurant. Handy to the train station and funicular to the old town.

部屋もベッドも広く、長めのバスタブ！湯量もバッチリ！清潔でタオルも大きめ！ 部屋にもバスルームにも窓があり、洗濯物もよく乾く！ シングル設定とは思えないほどでした。 駅からの徒歩７～８分や多少の難を差し引いてもこの価格ならいうことなしです！ 長旅中、ここのレストランのサラダ(€4)にオリーブ油とビネガーをたっぷりかけて、野菜不足を補えました。

Nice but noisy

Very noisy near train station. Came in after midnight from Rome, unable to access hotel to get to room. Fortunately after calling a few times, someone woke up & let us in.

Classic old-world charm

Hotel Umbria was a wonderful stay! The owner was so attentive and gracious. Breakfast was substantial and beautifully presented. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Good wifi connection! No parking provided, but available on street overnight.

치비타에 갈 계획이라면 오르비에토에 묵으실텐데 굳이 푸니쿨라타고 가야하는 위에 묵을 필요없이 밑에도 숙박시설이 있어요 마트도있고 레스토랑도 늦게까지 하구요 근데 여기는 구글맵 보고 가다보면 찻길로 나와서 위험합니다 요령껏 골목길로 들어가서 가세요 기찻길 밑 굴다리같은게 있어요 치비타만 가지말고 푸니쿨라타고 오르비에토도 꼭 보고가시길 개인적으로 제일 좋았던 중세마을입니다

のんきな父っつあんと料理上手なマンマのホテル＆レストランです。

駅から徒歩でちょっと遠い感じで、静かな佇まいと思いきや前を通る車の量は多いいかも。 WiFiはパスワードなしでスイスイ使えます。 レストランもあり、小腹が空いた時、雨で早めに帰ってきた時など好都合でした。 近所の人たちも朝晩と食事に来ているようで、家庭的なホテルです。 自家製のオーリォ・ピッカンテは美味しくいただきました。

hotel plutot vieillot mais patron accueillant, disponible. x Pour accéder au centre historique, éloigné de l'hotel, il faut utiliser un moyen de transport. Bien pour passer une nuit à condition de ne pas avoir une chambre coté rue car malgré le double vitrage, l'environnement est très bruyant.
