The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas."

"We truly loved our stay at Villa Tripoli. Everything was simply perfect.Communication with Susan was smooth and easy from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were immediately amazed by the location. The villa is peaceful, secluded and surrounded by nature, yet only a few minutes from the charming villages.The villa itself is exceptional. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room with its vaulted ceiling is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are equally generous. The quality of the furnishings and décor is outstanding throughout.The cottage is a wonderful addition. Facing the pool, its terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The grounds are vast, beautifully maintained and filled with olive trees and flowers. And the swimming pool is incredible !The location is ideal for exploring the region, with excellent wineries nearby and many beautiful villages and historic towns to discover.Reliable internet in both the villa and the cottage is a great advantage. Having someone personally welcome you on arrival and remain available throughout your stay is also a real plus.We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Tripoli, and our only regret is not having booked a full month. Few places make you wish you could stay longer, but this is certainly one of them.A true haven of peace. Highly recommended."
