My time at Maniace Boutique Hotel was so much more than a stay… it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the outset, communication was exceptionally professional, including the seamless arrangement of my airport transfer on arrival. I was greeted so warmly by Luca, and throughout my five day stay, every member of staff made me feel incredibly special. What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!

Rooms were spotless, great showers and short walk to the centre. The only downside for a senior was no lift. Lucky for me the receptionist assisted getting cases upstairs. They should tell you that the suites have no lift access and I would have chosen the hotel room rather than the suites.

Great location, extremely helpful and informative staff. Delicious fresh breakfasts. Gorgeous spacious room with fantastic views. Can’t recommend it highly enough. In a word Fabulous

Lovely hotel with a very warm feel . Room was maybe a little smaller than expected so lucky we travel light .& booked a sea view . View was perfect !! Pic supplied of actual view . Super clean with the most genuine friendly staff we've come across . More than just polite , they were warm & kind. Breakfast was truly amazing where you could order off menu , all inclusive . Wonderful accommodation in a very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants and artisan shops in the area, This is a family-run B&B and they couldn’t do enough to help, from booking our car parking, restaurant reservations and providing a lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. I would recommend this B&B to everyone.

Stayed here for three nights. We had a "Junior Suite" with 2 picture windows overlooking the water. Lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. The breakfast is great too. Beautiful fresh fruit and incredible freshly home baked treats. Not really into sweets for breakfast but if you are you will be in heaven!

Great hotel, terrific location, brilliant staff. Nothing was top much trouble. Would stay here again in a flash!

This little hotel is something of a gem. Wonderfully located on the waterfront in Ortigia, it offers courteous and helpful service, an excellent breakfast on the terrace, and a fine and comfortable room. The furnishings are not in the first blush of youth, but our overall experience was very positive.

Lovely room. Friendly staff. Restaurant, bar and reception large but lack character. Could be improved.

Federico hotel staff were amazing , special thank you to Francesca who went over & beyond helping us with a lost luggage situation. We hope to return.
