We found it perfect for our needs (great bedroom and kitchen and an awesome rooftop patio and upstairs living room). The owner Stefania was really friendly and was extremely helpful. "Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text.
