"The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately.
The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family.

"Comfortable and spacious room, and rates seemed very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant or gym (we were out and about too much), but we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good location for our needs and would be happy to stay again."

Really friendly and accommodating host as we arrived a lot earlier than the check in, but were welcomed and able to settle ourselves so we could make the most of our day.
Cooked Breakfast ( Blackpool style ) is something we are both really looking forward to.

The staff and management were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the facilities are excellent. Part of the hotel is in need of some repair and paint, but this is only cosmetic and is confined to the entrance and is due to the lack of available tradesmen/women. The breakfast choice is the best I have ever seen at a B&B and is cooked to perfection! A very comfortable few nights were spent here and I slept very well.
