The property was perfectly located near parks, shopping and restaurants. I loved how it had a nice walking path by the lake and walkable to Publix. The room needed a few repairs and needed a deep clean but the staff did what they could to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for families! The split level plan is great if two groups of families are traveling together. The townhouse was clean and close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

The location of the property is very convenient. Check-in was easy. Amenities are scant though. We needed to provide our own paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, toiletries. The place was large, it was not well cleaned and we had to call to get insect infestation treated three times over five days. It is very outdated. There was a good water play area in splash pad for kids and the pool was nice.

Great but needs upgrades

I love the location. I am frequent renter at this location. Very close to all the parks, downtown and Grocery store. Staff is great. New area is great. Lovely new pools, bar, love the added DJ touch and the fire pits. Great!!!! The origianl side needs some up grades. Painting the buildings, power washing the homes and driveways will go along way. Our unit: hard mattresses, possible leaks in the ceiling (showed discoloration and cracks), toilets flush and noisey for a long time, need new living room furniture, coffee maker and new sliding doors. Overall i enjoy the convenience, amenities, affordability and staff is friendly.

Firstly can’t fault the reception and bar staff - they were lovely! The apartment we had was worn, which would have been ok but it was also not well cleaned. I found a host of things including other folks hair, false eye lashes, phone cable, bottle top, toy things, and other rubbish. It could have been cleaner. Our fridge also leaked and our wash machine didn’t spin. Now they have opened Epic and new roads it’s not far from places, we use Uber rather than a car. But not sure I would rush back basised on cleanliness

Comfortable, Convenient and Clean

The rooms were a little old and outdated but it was clean, comfortable and conveniently located which made up for it. We also had our dog stay with us and had no issues at all with that. There were plenty of places to walk him and the property was pretty quiet.

The location of the property was great — very convenient and in a safe area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and gave clear instructions before arrival, which made check-in easy. The pool was also clean and enjoyable, and I appreciated that only guests staying on the property were allowed in.However, parking wasn’t ideal since we had to park quite far from the building where we were staying. When we entered the apartment, the couches looked very worn, and the overall cleanliness could have been much better. In the master bedroom, there was hair in the shower and the bottom sheets were stained, as if splattered with sauce. The kitchen counter by the stove had sugar or salt spilled on it, and one of the cups we grabbed had a lipstick stain. In the third bedroom, we even found a rotten banana inside a cabinet.We ended up cleaning the apartment ourselves and washing the sheets since I really dislike calling to complain. During our stay, we had to contact the front desk twice for maintenance. The first time was for a backed-up toilet, which was fixed promptly. The second was because none of the TVs were working in the living room or bedrooms. The maintenance person who came was kind and helpful—he fixed most of them but couldn’t repair the master bedroom TV due to a missing cable.On the last two nights, the upstairs neighbors were very noisy—lots of thumping, running, and moving furniture late at night, which made it hard to relax. 3 out 5 stars

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. The property is well kept. The rooms are nice, area we have stayed at is always quiet. . Publix is less than a 5 minute drive, depending on where your condo is on the property. There are a few pools for everyone to enjoy. The main pool is great for families since there is plenty of things kids can do there. Look forward to going back next year.

I just did not like this place. It looked so put together. The place held a smell, inside was outdated. Our door was unlocked the whole time while we was at the parks b/c the door didn’t lock. We had to keep using the number thing. Loved the pool bar and the bartenders. Even the pool chairs were just dirty. Every where was dirty. I don’t like complaining but I had to. I was so ready to go once I walked in, 😩I guess you get what you pay for.

Property was dirty. Had to have the cleaning people come and clean it again didn’t did not even have a a can opener or a large bowl. Had only 4 large glasses for a 3 bedroom condo, there was still grease from the previous guest in the cabinets, hair from the previous guests in the shower !!! The floors were all scratch, the furniture was outdated, the shower floor in the master bath made so much noise it was scary !!! The only good thing was the beds they were comfortable. Customer service was great !!! The cleaners were not after getting the place cleaned for a second time they still did not clean the grease from the cabinets .

Nice location. Spacious room. Was poorly cleaned. There was dust, hair along the apartment. A roach was seen. We communicate with the staff to request housekeeping to clean the property the second day of our stay and even explained the roach situation and no response given, nor housekeeping pass by the apartment. Was kind of frustrating.
